1. Product Introduction

The solution mixing tank is a unit for mixing various water plugging agents, polymers and other solutions. The purpose is to fully stir the mixed solution of polymers, water, crosslinking agent and other solid powders, etc.
The equipment mainly consists of mixing tank, pipes and accessories.
Overall size: 2.8 × 2.8 × 5.2 meters  Single tank volume: 20m³
Main components: tanks, mixing device, ultrasonic level gauge (AC220V), flange type static pressure level gauge (DN80 DC12-36V), pipeline system( including pipelines, valves, solution mixing head, etc.)

2. Technical parameters of main components:

Tank: 2.8 × 2.8 × 4 meters, steel plate thickness δ: 6mm,  volume: 20m3, material: Q235, with insulation layer;
Liquid level gauge: Flange type static pressure liquid level gauge and ultrasonic liquid level gauge, the signal can be transmitted to the control room remotely;
Solution mixing head: used for preliminary mixing polymer powder and water;
Pipeline system: pipelines and manual control valves;
Stirring device: fully mix the solution.
