DESCRIPTION：
Features of Power end in P Series Mud Pumps
- The base of the machine frame adopts one-piece welded structure and the seats of the main bearing and transmission bearing are made of one-piece cast steel. The whole pump has good stiffness and strength.
- The crankshaft adopted a mosaic structure of alloy steel forge with full balance so that it operates very smoothly.
- The pinion shaft is made of an integral structure and belt pulley or chain wheels may be installed on either or both sides of the shaft.
- Roller bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft in order to improve the stability in operation and bearing capacity.
- The gears and crossheads of the bearing are lubricated by splash methods.
- The integral herringbone gear structure is adopted to ensure that the pump operates smoothly.
- The extension rods are connected to the crossheads by pinholes, so as to ensure the concentricity of the pump. The packing adopts quad-layer sealing structure, which realizes good seal performance.
- The hydraulic cylinder is deployed in an L form so as to keep the liquid flow stable and to reduce vibration and pressure fluctuation.
- The combined hydraulic cylinders are interchangeable and may be replaced individually.
- The fast rotary valve cover is easy to remove and install. The cone bolts have a self-locking mechanism that helps to reduce vibration at the valve cover and to ensure the fastening and stability.
- The piston rod and intermediate rod are jointed by clamps, which is easy to remove and replace.
- The combined piston rod allows replacing of pistons without the need to disassemble the liners.
