Working Principle:
The sucker rod with a wax scraper reciprocates in the tubing. During the first half of the stroke, the wax scraper slides on the sucker rod to scrape off the wax on the sucker rod. During the second half of the stroke, Due to the role of the limit device, the sucker rod pushes the nylon wax scraper to scrape off the wax on the inner wall of the tubing. At the same time, the oil flow passes through the inclined opening and tooth groove of the nylon wax scraper, which pushes the wax scraper to rotate slowly to improve the wax scraping effect. Due to the accelerated oil flow through the wax scraper, the scraped wax is easily carried away by the oil flow without causing clogging.
