I. Overview

YSB3051 series pressure transmitter adopts GE's NOVASENSOR wide-range isolated diffusion silicon sensor module. Through the high-reliability intelligent circuit with HART protocol, the gauge pressure or absolute pressure of the measured medium is converted into 4 ~ 20mADC standard current signal. At the same time, a digital signal communication (using RS485MODBUS protocol), query and self-diagnosis are superimposed on the 4 ~ 20mA DC transmission line. The transmitter can be remotely controlled or reconfigured on site or in a control room via a PC or a handheld programmer. High-quality sensors, exquisite all-solder packaging technology and perfect assembly process ensure the high pressure and excellent performance of the transmitter.

II.Technical advancement

Adopting American GE's Nova sensor technology, fully isolated intelligent conversion and digital compensation technology, it has strong anti-interference ability and high measurement accuracy, the accuracy can reach 0.05 level, high reliability and high sensitivity.

Specially designed amplifier circuit board (ASIC application-specific integrated circuit) and fully automatic temperature compensation process, stable and reliable performance; three-button on-site adjustment is convenient, perfect self-diagnosis and remote communication functions.

Sensor interface adopts digital circuit.

Product design life is up to 15 years or more; increase the range migration ratio up to 100: 1.
