HH-LDE series intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is specifically designed with a wide temperature backlight LCD Chinese liquid crystal display, complete with functions, practical, and visualized. The infrared remote control menu optional for adjustment makes the use more convenient. The conductivity measurement is unique. The automatic determination of whether the sensor is under empty tube testing has further ensured the accuracy of product measurement. Features: ♦ The measurement of flow is not affected by the density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity of the fluid. The sensor induced voltage signal is linear with the average flow velocity, so the measurement accuracy is high. ♦ There is baffle the pipe measured, so there is no additional pressure loss and no moving parts, which guarantees a very long service life of the sensor. ♦ Only the lining and the electrode of the sensor is in contact with the tested liquid. As long as the materials of the electrode and the lining are appropriately chosen, corrosion- and wear- resistance can be realized. ♦ Since the induced voltage signal is formed in the entire space filled with magnetic field and is the average value on the cross-section of the pipe, the sensor requires a shorter straight pipe length, i.e., a pipe diameter five times of length. HH-LDE converter adopts the most advanced microcontroller (MCU) and surface mounting technology (CMT) in the world guaranteeing reliable performance, high precision, low power consumption, and zero stability. Parameter setting is convenient. Simply click the Chinese display LCD to convert the display menu into Chinese, showing the cumulative flow, instantaneous flow, flow rate, flow percentage, etc. The two-way measurement system can be used to measure both positive and reverse flow. ♦ The flowmeter provides unobstructed flow measurement and can be used for accurate flow measurement of liquid, pulp, and slurry with conductivity greater than 5 uS/cm.
