The drilling fluid cleaner is one of the important devices for solid-phase control of drilling fluids. Its role is to remove harmful solid phases, stabilize the performance of drilling fluid, and increase drilling efficiency. The QJQ250x2-100x12 cleaner is suitable for all kinds of drilling machine. It can be used together with the drilling fluid closed circulating system. The vibrating screen is composed of three screen frames and two excitation motors, with the frame adjustable angle of -1∽+5°, thus it is suitable for different geological drilling environments. The arc design of the entire screen frame is convenient for the tension of the screen cloth through NC processing, which can reduce the damage of screen cloth, increase the work efficiency, and reduce the production cost. Moreover, the imported motor is installed to ensure high reliability and cost performance of the whole machine. The desiltering & desanding hydrocyclones are designed based on the particle sedimentation principle. The seven-separation medium drilling fluid produces certain pressure and velocity through the sand pump that enters along the inner wall of the hydrocyclones. The coarse particles, due to the effect of centrifugal force and gravity, fall down along the inner wall of the hydrocyclones, and discharge from the bottom mouth to the fine-mesh screen for separation; and the rest media rise up along the inner wall of the hydrocyclones, enter into the next level of diversion equipment form the overflow port for further purification. The inner lining of desanding hydrocyclones 310 and desiltering hydrocyclones 100 is made of wear-resistant polyester, which prolongs the service life of the equipment. In addition, the hydrocyclones nozzle is replaceable, and its inner diameter are adjustable for adapting to the granularity of different solid particles and different drilling requirements.
